Denise was my property manager for 3 years and she did an outstanding job. Denise is a knowledgeable and dedicated individual that took care of my home. I live in a different state and and Denise was that individual who acted on my behalf in all things Real Estate. There are many houses for sale and, when it came time to sell my home, Denise made some very wise decisions that increased the value of my home and saved me a lot of money at the same time. She took such wonderful pictures of my home and the result was that it was only on the market for 1 day before an offer was made. She expertly walked me through every step until closing and for that I’m very thankful and grateful because it made the process run very smooth.
