Jim Winchell III is the newest addition to our team. Jim, his wife and son moved here from California to help further his wife’s medical career as well as allow Jim to start a new career in Real Estate. He has been in Restaurant Management for the last 20 years. This experience gave Jim a wealth of knowledge in commercial real estate dealing with multiple locations and property management companies. Before this Jim was a Police Officer for almost 5 years. He was certified in CPTED, which is Community Policing Through Environmental Design. Jim is trained to look at a property, both commercial and residential and make it as safe as possible with minimal cost. His passion in customer service drives him to educate the home buyer, seller, or tenant through each step so they can make the best decision for their individual needs.
